At about what age should an A.O. Smith EES 120 electric water heater be replaced. It is set up inside an indoor storage closet and I don't want to deal with any flooding. It works well, is about 14 years old, has had moderate use (vacation home) and I replaced the anode rod about two years ago when I bought the place. The old one had eroded down to about 18" long.
