I have a HUMD200A and live in Ottawa Canada. The temperature here has averaged -15 Celsius here and with the windchill will hit -34 Celsius. I cannot get the humidity in the house up to 30. The closest I can get is 26. The issue is I have a house with hardwood and I think this is too dry. Can you help?
