Question About American Standard Furnace 1BSE-J1
Manual mode - no power...

I have a American Standard Boiler, model # 1BSE J1. We have no power and trying to Run the boiler manually. I have moved the switch to manual, turned off the power switch and opened the valves To the system. The issue is the furnace will not kick on in the manual position. Any thoughts ?
