Why do you not have an 800 phone number and why not a parts list with your products. I already sent a question on where I can purchase an Active Carbon Filter for my Amcor Portable Air Conditioner Nano Max KF 9000E. Will you be sending me this info or can I purchase from your company some how some where????????
