we have abut a 2yr old Amcor AF 12000E portable AC unit that has been in storage almost a year. We recently brougfht it home and hooked it up however it isnt blowing cool air. It works, meaning it puts out air, the menu screen works, etc, but doesnt put out cool air, acts like a fan only... Are we supposed to add coolant or water or anything? PLEASE HELP!! :)
