I have an amcor 13000e portable that we got in a rummage sale..no manual. the guy didn't have much to say except that it did make his cottage ice cold..he had to sell cottage and he sold us this for 25 bucks! we got it home and there is nothing cooling about it! what do we need to know? please! tyvm!
