Everything works, but won't ignite. It clicks on, the fan and motor start, you can see it going (getting brighter) from cold to hot, but it never ignites and after two try's it shuts its self down. I had someone clean the metal wrench looking item, that he said was the igniter with a cloth and then put it back, but it still will not ignite. No heat. I've lived in this house for 6 years with no issues, but it was here when I moved in and therefore, no manual or anything else in reference to it.
