Question About Amana Dehumidifier D965E-E
Not extracting ANY water from humid air...

A new unit bought last summer, it is connected and runs dry for hours and does NOT extract any water. I have other brand dehumidifiers, none ever exhibited this piculiar problem. Would appreciate any suggestion or help to make it work.
