i would like to service myself if i can. maybe it needs coolant or something?

5 TOOK COVER OFF. COILS AREN'T GETTING ICE COLD LIKE I WOULD THINK THEY SHOULD. SEEMS TO BLOW OUT AIR THAT IS THE SAME TEMP AS AIR AROUND IT.
