Is it possible to get the 'cooking manual" for the above mentiond microwave ? A book full of recepies how to cook several meals in the oven.

0 Vitually every microwave mfg. produces a helpful and recipe booklet. All the recipes will be the same from make to make, only the cooking times may vary due to the stated wattage. Just find any microwave cookbooks (Sharp, etc) and they will help you utilize your appliance.
