air conditioner shuts off before cooling point is reached. thought it might be full of water, but nothing came out when we removed the drain plug. it will restart when we push the button, it shuts off again in about a half hour. wondering if the electric company might be running reduced voltage due to the high demand. we are in Connecticut where it has been in the high 80s and 90s for the last few weeks and will be 90+ for at least the next week.
