I have three alpine air conditioners and all three...

I have three alpine air conditioners and all three are running off one remote. Air con 1 in front lounge room is blowing air but not cooling down.. Air con 2 in back lounge room is leaking heaps of water and air con 3 in the bedroom turns on and run light flashes and won't blow air. HELP PLEASE
