Question About Allstar Products Group Garage Door Opener Access 3000
malfunctioning...

Garage door goes up with remote and button, but does not go down; must keep opener pressed all the way down otherwise it goes right back up. I know it has something to do with the sensors, but cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
