Question About Allstar Products Group Garage Door Opener MVP
Door will not open!...

The door will not open when prompted by the interior garage door opener pad, by remote, or by the exterior coded pad. There is a green light flashing on the back of the garage door opener unit. The light on the unit works, and the key pad is able to turn the light on and off, but the door will not open or even initiate movement.
