AAW 24CR3FHUE: the condenser is not cycling. Also...

AAW 24CR3FHUE: the condenser is not cycling. Also, when I manually turn te power of on the AC the fan turns off but the condenser continues to run. I need to unplug the unit to stop the condenser. Any thoughts
