Question About Adam Equipment Humidifier Fh300
I have a humid-Aire fh300 installed on heating duc...

I have a humid-Aire fh300 installed on heating ductwork. It is dripping water at the lowes point that looks to be a drain cap ( plastic) at the bottom of the tank. I tried to unscrew it, but the cap just spins as if the threads might be damaged, or it isn't a cap as I suspected? How can I stop the drip and where can I get an owner manual?
