go to www.linearcorp.com, go to tech support, manuals look for access control manuals check "MVP quick code wireless keyless entry Model 110927" or "Allstar wireless digital programmable keypad model 104078" it was after many months of frustration that I found this website...good luck !!

my box says there is a learn button on the back or right side of the motor unit. 1.--ress and release learn button on motor unit. The learn indicator light will glow steadilly for 30 sec. 2--ithin 30 sec. enter a 4 digit id (PIn) on the keypad. Then press and hold ENTER. 3--lease when the motor unit lights blink. It has learned the code, If light bulbs are not installed, 2 clicks will be heard. Hope this helps. There is also instructions on how to set a temp. PIN
