Product Problem: Not Collecting Water

We have a Haier Dehumidifier HD456E that is not even a year old yet and now it's not collecting any water. This is our 2nd 1 wihin the past year. IT was unplugged all winter long. We live in Wisconsin. And I have no idea where I put the manual so I would like to have the manual sent to me also.

I have the same model as 2-3 other complaints that only collected water one time and now nothing. Just over a year old and no one seems to want to work on them, so I guess I am out $200. Any suggestions?
