Product Problem: Not cooling.

This unit may be out of freon. No cold air. Its attached to a Mobile Home. Firnace inside. the 2 coils were really dirty. I cleaned them. Is this a heat pump or just a regular heater?

I have the 12005 Model. It saved us last year as we had no air conditioning. I found the hose a bit of a hassle and it's a tad noisy but still very good.
