Overheating Cut-of

This appliance is equipped with a thermostat that will cycle
OFF (0) should the heat of the dryer exceed the optimum
drying level, due to partially blocked air inlet or outlet
openings. In the event that the appliance stops, turn the
appliance OFF (0) and allow it to cool down. Once the
appliance cools, the thermostat will automatically reset and
usage may resume.
Storage
Always unplug when not in use
Allow the appliance to cool before storing. Always store in a
dry location. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance, as
this may cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. If
the power cord of this appliance becomes damaged, it must
be replaced by returning to the retailer from which the
appliance was purchased, or a similarly qualified person, in
order to avoid a hazard. Regularly check the power cord
for wear and damage (particularly where it enters the
appliance and the plug).

IONIC TECHNOLOGY
Negative ions produced by this anti-static, IONIC hair
appliance nourish and condition your hair leaving it looking
and feeling soft, smooth and shiny.
Negative ions also reduce the size of water droplets on
your hair, these smaller droplets evaporate faster reducing
drying time.
V
ariable IONIC TECHNOLOGY
Variable IONIC TECHNOLOGY allows the level of ions
emitted by the appliance to be reduced or increased
according to hair type and styling requirements. Fine,
manageable hair will require minimum ions while thicker,
harder to control hair will require a higher level of ions. You
can also reduce the level of ions to help styled curls last
longer or increase the level of ions for a super-sleek finish.
The Variable IONIC Dial, located at the rear of the dryer,
allows you to select the ion level. Turning the dial to the left
will decrease the level of ions, turning the dial to the right
will increase the level of ions.
The IONIC function automatically operates when the unit is
switched on.
Heat and Speed Control Switches
High temperatures and speed settings are ideal for fast
drying or rough drying before styling; low temperatures and
speed settings are ideal for styling.
Always towel-dry hair before using this appliance. Do not
concentrate airflow on any one area for a long period of
time.
Cool Shot Feature
Once the desired style is achieved, select the Cool Shot
setting (
) to fix the style with a flow of cool air
.
Changing Attachments
T
o remove an attachment and replace with another
, the
appliance must be cooled and switched to the ‘off’ (0)
position. Press the
Attachment Release button and pull the
attachment away from the styler to remove.
NOTE: Never operate the appliance without an
attachment.
Replace with a new attachment by aligning the indicator dot
on the attachment with the Attachment Release Button on
the styler and push together. The attachment will ‘click’ into
the locked position. The styler is now ready for use.
Airflow Concentrator Nozzle
Channels airflow for smooth, sleek drying and styling. Do
not concentrate the airflow on any one area for an
extended period of time.
Thermal Brush
Holds heat more ef
fectively for defined styling, ideal for
creating volume and body in shorter hair and waves & curls
in medium to long hair
. Do not roll long hair around the
barrel more than twice as this will cause the hair to tangle.
38mm Combi Straightener & Tong
To use the attachment as a Tong, slide the Clamp Release
switch towards the tip of the attachment. The Clamp
should now move freely.
Straightener:
To use the attachment as a Straightener,
slide the Clamp Release switch towards the barrel of the
attachment. The Clamp should now lock into position
allowing the straightener to open.
Cleaning
Always unplug the appliance from the mains after use and
allow it to cool before cleaning. To clean, wipe the styler
and attachments with a damp cloth. Ensure the appliance is
completely dry before use and that heated surfaces on the
unit are free of dust, dirt, styling sprays and gels.

IONENTECHNOLOGIE

Variabele IONENTECHNOLOGIE
Met de variabele IONENTECHNOLOGIE kan het aantal

ls u uw haar snel wilt drogen, verwijdert u het hulpstuk en
stelt u de droger op hoge warmte en hoge snelheid in.
V
oordat u dik haar met dit hulpstuk droogt, gebruikt u de
droger op de hoge instelling om overtollig vocht te
verwijderen.

La TECNOLOGÍA IÓNICA variable permite reducir o

umentar el nivel de iones que emite el artefacto según el
tipo de cabello y los requisitos de moldeado. El cabello fino
y
dócil necesita iones mínimos mientras que el cabello más
grueso y difícil de controlar necesita un nivel más alto de
iones. También puede reducir el nivel de iones para ayudar
a que duren más los rizos modelados o aumentar el nivel
de iones para lograr un aspecto super-brillante.
El Dial Variable IÓNICO, ubicado en la parte posterior del
secador, le permite seleccionar el nivel de iones. Girando el
