3ACKP3ATE INSTALLATION:
Thread MOUNTING SCREWS into back of MOUNTING PLATEso MOUNTING SCREW HEAOStighten into recessed araa of MOUNTING PLATE(Fig. 1).
( Using the appropriate slots in MOUNTING PLATE,secura MOUNTING PIATE to OUTLETBOX using 011TL!3 BOX SCREWS (provided with
OUTLET BOX).
1. While supporting BACKPL4TE make contractions black fixture lead or fixtura without tracer marks to Rot(black) supply lead white fisture lead or
fisture lead with trecar marks to neutral (white) supply lead. Uninsulated fixtwa wire is a ground wira add must be connested to grounding terminal
or ground lead inside OUTLET BOX. Use WIRE NUTS (local hardwara item). Push supply wires and wirEmut connections back into OUTLETBOX.
L Position BACKPL4TE over MOUNTING PIATE allowing MOUNTING SCREWS to come through tha holq in BACKPLATE.
CAUTION Make certain wires are net pinchad batwaao parta.
j. SecureBACKPIATEinpositionbyinstallingthe‘@.voBATTERYNUTSoverMOUNTINGSCREWSandtighten.
