OpenGL is included with the OpenVMS Alpha operating
system distribution kit. As of OpenVMS Version 8.2, a
separate license is no longer required to run 3D graphics
software. Prior versions of OpenVMS will continue to
require a license to run 3D graphics software, license
part number is QL–0ADA9–AA.
