EURO 25-1 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR
INSTALLATION INTO VENTED GAS FIREPLACES
PRECAUTIONS
• This installation must be conducted by a qualified gas appliance installer and
the installation must conform to the installation codes.
• This EURO 25-1 gas insert will only fit into the gas fireplaces on Archgard’s
list of suitable gas fireplaces. Each of these fireplaces have been tested and
approved for use with the EURO 25-1. Please contact Archgard Industries for
an updated list of gas fireplaces and any additional installation instructions.
• The host gas fireplace’s certification will be nullified and will no longer be
usable for its original purpose. A warning plate, provided with the EURO 25-1
insert, must be attached to the back of the host fireplace’s firebox.
• The EURO 25-1 gas insert must be properly connected to a venting system as
shown in the instructions.
• Follow all applicable instructions in the manual.
The Euro 25-1 may be retro-fitted into the following fireplaces:
• CANADIAN HEATING PRODUCTS - MONTIGO 28 SERIES
• FIREHEARTH / MONTEREY - FIRESONG 220 SERIES
• ARCHGARD - MARQUIS T-100 SERIES
• GASGLO - GG 28 SERIES
• FMI - 450 and 850 SERIES
