LeavetheACP-1300Hinanuprightpositionforatleasttwohoursbeforeoperating.
Theunitmustbeinstalledinaccordance withnationalandlocalwiringregulations.
TheACP-1300H'ssupplycord requiresaY-typeattachment. Ifthesupplycordis
damaged,itmustbereplacedbythe manufacturer,anauthorizedserviceagent,ora
qualifiedrepairprofessionalinordertoavoid furtherdamage,topreventvoidingthe
warranty,andtoavoidbodilyinjury.
NeveroperatetheACP-1300Hinanareawhereflammablegassesorchemicalsare
present.
Topreventelectromagneticinterference,placetheunitatleastthreefeet awayfrom
radiosortelevisions.
Whenconnectingordisconnectingthepowercord, holdtheplugitself-neverpullthe
powercord.
Whennotusingtheunitforan extendedperiodoftime,disconnectthepowercordand
drainanywaterfromtheauxiliarywater tank.
WhencleaningtheACP-1300H,donotsprayliquiddirectlyontotheunit. Moreover,
donotuseharshchemicalsorcleansers tocleantheunit. Instead,applywaterora
mildcleansertoasoftclothand wipetheACP-1300H clean.
TheACP-1300Hisnot intendedtosupportheavyobjects,beusedasastep-stool,or
beshakenorbumpedinto. Keepthisinmindwhendeciding wheretoplacetheunit.
Ifyouchoosetousethecontinuous drainfunctionontheACP-1300H,makesurethe
condensatecandrainoffintoanappropriatereceptacle.
Toensureadequateaircirculation,placetheairconditioneratleast fourinchesaway
fromwallsandfurnishings. Beawareofdraperiesorotheritems whichmayinterfere
withtheintakeventsandcauserestricted airflow.
PlacetheACP-1300Honalevel,flatsurface. Donotoperatetheunitonanangleof
morethan4inches.
