Which is the best way to change the nozzle?

  • Nozzle change...

There are two screws with hold down tabs on the back of the transformer (big black box on top). undo those and the transformer hinges forward. Everything you see inside there will come out when you undo the copper lines on the left side. The nozzle is at the very end aimed between the two electrodes. Hold the nozzle adapter with a 3/4 and turn off the nozzle with a 5/8.

  • electrode

Be very careful of the electrode the ceramic on it must not be crack or else you will have miss fire when the burner start, you should verify the proper adjustment for the electrode and remove them before changing the nozzle that you wont break them and you can readjust the electrode at the end for witch you need to a 5/32" gap between the electrode at 1/16" from the front of the nozzle that is going to put the tip of the electrode at 5/16" from the center line of the nozzle
