need help replacing bobbin casements needle wont thread

needle wont thread after removing casement to bobbin that had a thread caught replaced in several ways there is a red arrow in back of machine not sure how it needs to be before we replace the casements HELP thanks Sandra

casement for bobbin

I had a similar problem when I was putting the casement back on incorrectly. Make sure the little tab that sticks out is pointing straight up or slightly to the right of straight up. Then it will work fine without getting thread all snagged up.
