We have a kenmore super saver 80 plus water softener. I don't know what the model number is. We need an owner's manual.

    If your water conditioner has never had the gaskets/ O rings replaced, that is most likely the problem. Have you run through the different cycles to see what happens (or do you know what I'm referring to - it's in the manual)? Does the electronic display operate OK? What is or isn't the conditioner doing?
