    motor stuck

    When I what the garage door to open or close, the motor humms. There has to be an ajustment somewhere, but I dont know where it is and how to ajust it. Help

      i just bought a house with two of these motors

      one of them worked for a few days and now will only buzz when i try to open the door

      any help would be great

      I also recently bought a house with an Allister type II-A ...i don't have a remote however and would like to get one that will work with it. Any ideas?
      all the openers i've seen are for newer models

      the remotes i have are older but work. one of the two actually was able to be read by my cars homelink..the other does not
