Timex Pager Beepwear

door does not open all the way

Hi
I have a lynx 455 automatic doorman. Not sure when it was installed. Was installed at least 10 yrs ago by previous owner.
I have been having problems for about a week now. The door does not open all the way. It stops one panel short of opening all of the way.
I cannot seem to find the manual for this opener.
can you help ?
