Troubleshooting

pilot light won't stay lit. I have replaced thermocoupling. I don't know what else to do.

    I am also having the same problem with the same model of Whirlpool Gas Water Heater. PLEASE tell me how you fixed the problem. Going on week number 2 without any hot water & Whirlpool cant diagnose the problem!!

  • Same Whirlpool water heater

    My daughter has the same model of Whirlpool water heater with the same problem. Checked the thermocouple and it is fine. Why won't the pilot stay lit?
