  while playing around with this heater, I figured out that if you move the little orange pieces toward the center of the dial, that's when the heater is on. Make sure that you don't unplug the heater because that stops the dial from revolving and therefore changes the programed times. push all the orange nibs away from the center of the dial, turn the dial clockwise setting the current time to match the number on the dial. Push the orange nibs at the time you want the heater to come on, towards the center of the dial. The nibs must be toward the center for the heater to work. When the dial revolves clockwise and comes to a nib that is pushed away from the center, the heater will shut off. Hope this helps

• delonghi heater with timer
  
  
  started the heater after a gap of nearly 5 months. The light etc seems to work well however, it is not heating . Can you help
