need help

I bought my room thermostat last summer. About a week ago, it stopped fonctionning. The screen still works but there's no signal beeing send to the "heating board". Plus, on the screen, there are two horizontal lines that flashes. I've checked the breaker, the other room on the same circuit works fine. So, what's wrong? Thank you.
