I have programmed and unprogrammed this thing. It still does what it wants, even when I have it on hold at 69 degrees, it will be freezing in here, I will bump it up one degree to find out the temp then shows 65 degrees, what's up with that? My heating bills are insane, what am I doing wrong with this thing? I do not have a manual. The yahoo who hooked it up must have thrown the manual away after all he didn't need instructions. (I'm sure that was my husband) It has IF82-261 on the inside and the outside just has DICO. Thanks for your help
