We bought a house with this thermostat rth230b and they had it programmed to high temp. and we can not seem to over-ride it permanently. It will go down for awhile but then goes right back up. We don't know how to clear completely what they have programmed in. We have pressed clear for all days & it hasn't cleared it. We have taken out batteries hoping to "disconnect" & start over but that did not work either. Thank you
