I cannot understand the colored operating guide or the figures it uses to describe operations. Do you have just a plain manual I can read - e.g. there is a small furniture attachment with a rotating brush and I have no idea how to affix it let alone use it. The Vacuum head does great with pet hair on the carpets but none of the attachments seem to work with furniture pet hair. Please Help!!!!!! Thanks so much.
