Question About Bissell Carpet Cleaner 8960
I have the Proheat 2X and the water will not spray...

I have the Proheat 2X and the water will not spray out of the carpet cleaner (bottom) part. I have tried everything and have taken it apart and checked the hoses and cleaned it all and also made sure everything is filled and where it is suppose to be and it still will not spray...any suggestions.

0 Try changing the 110 AC electric pump located on the bottom of the cleaner, connected to the distribution hoses that disperse the cleaning fluid through the two plastic orifices... That will do it :)

0 My apologies - for the previous reply that was the Bissell Solenoid valve ($13.48 new Bissell part) I detached and replaced it temporarily from an older working unit, along with the two plastic nozzles and dispensing fluid hoses...
