Door wont close

The door will not close. It opens fine, but will begin to close and re-coil. One of the sensor lights is lit yellow and the other sensor light is either not lit, or blinks green. I could not find this issue addressed in the manual. Please help if you can.

safety obstruction sensor

your beam alignment is off...adjust the right or left sensor until the green led is on steady
