Question About Dyson Vacuum Cleaner DC14
My DC14 has always worked beautifully on my berber...

My DC14 has always worked beautifully on my berber carpet. Now we've moved and have a very short "shag" for lack of the correct term. It absolutelly will not move forward. It's just smashedl tight to the carpet and will not budge. It will work on the hard floor, What to do? Gotta vacuum!!
