Timing

How to you reset the timing on this machine? I didn't pay much for the machine and it's not cost effective to take it to the shop. I am mechanically inclined and just need instruction on how to repair this. Thank you to anyone that can help.

U know I'm in the same boat...have this machine-out of time & I wish i knew how to fix it! Have u just tried tinkering under there w/ a screwdriver.... (maybe)?
