I have a Dyson DC25. I clean it every 3 months . I was cleaning the cyclone area and took apart the top where there is 4 screws and then there is a rubber gasket with holes in it can you order this part. I have checked the parts and it does not show this one. Need help! Tanman

0 The cleaning manual does not solve the problem. I took it one more step . I took the cyclone assembly apart and there is a rubber seal that fits in there. Need to get that rubber seal because the drit travels straight thru that to the filter.
