Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat 40135
house thermostat installation...

I am trying to connect model # 40135.. My house is about 38 years old. There are 4 wires blue, red, white, & green.. I am afraid to connect as your manual says colors do not match etc.. I connected w:to white r: to red g: to green.. blue was not connected.. The fan came on but no heat. I shut off system. can you help?? PLEASE.. Jim
