Coleman Natural Gas Water Heater HOT WATER 2300

Our coleman is not working - thought it was the battery but that seems OK. What else could be stopping the water from flowing? The light shows the machine is charged but as soon as it's turned on, nothing happens and the low battery light comes on. Any thoughts?
