We purchased ours after hurricanes Francis & Jean and were told by a Culligan rep that this was their "TOP OF THE LINE" system, well let me tell you IT SUCKS!!! We have had notthing but problems with it and they have literally been oput here 50+ times and it still doesn't work right! Now we get an E 1 error and it doesn't shut off so YET AGAIN we have no soft water! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP! OBVIOUSLY the techs don't know what there doing so what can I do to fix it myself?
