Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat 44110
problems setting it up...

I used to have an old thermostat and these are the cables, c,c,e,w2,y,r and g I follow the instruction about how to set it up the Hunter 4410 but there are some problems, when I turn the air conditioner heat start coming out. Any help please Thanks my email is edwinmrios@gmail.com

5 wires are in letter and don't known which wire is what. when connecting as book say system do not come on
