0 our dyson dc14 animal vac stopped turning the brush. the selector on the side is set to carpet, but the brush does not spin. the vac comes on, and there is suction, but no brush. when I removed the brush cover, I can freely spin the brush as if there is no tension,friction, or force on the belt at all.
