Question About Hoover Carpet Cleaner SpinScrub
I have an......

...older model Hoover Steam Vac Spin Scrub that will no longer suction the water back up from the carpet only. The attachment part works perfectly. I would like to know how to try to fix this problem myself without having to take it in and pay someone.
