water flow problem

I have the SQC 4 Series and just replaced all four filters. I have 2 faucets and icemaker attached to the system. I drained the storage tank. After replacing filters and hooking the tank back up I let it set overnight to fill the tank back up. This morning the tank is full and when I turned on the faucets a lot of air came out of the faucet but no water. I left the faucets open for a while but no water. I made sure all valves are open and let it sit for a while. I then opened the faucet again and a little water came out then stopped. What do I need to do to get this working.
