3 Push Mode and program buttons simultaneously. Turn Heat Pump off witt down arrow. Push program button. Set cool temperature set point with arrows. Make sure heat set point is several degrees lower than cooling. This is set by pushing mode button down three times. Good Luck. MBris35824@gmail.com
