Question About Hunter Fan Thermostat 40135
Moel 40135 heating/cooling thermostat...

This unit requries 2 AA batterys. It appears there is no "fail safe". The directions say that it shuts the system OFF when the battery runs down. Isn't this a little risky for those of us who may be away for 6-12 months? How long will a fresh set of batteries last?? Thanks, Dale
