      Thanks for the PDF.
      Mine has a different electronic timer. It is missing a heap of the smaller buttons in the middle. Does anyone have a manual that covers this model??

      So the problem seems to be with these models that when the electronic timer stops working the machine wont turn on at all, its plugged in the lights are on but no heat at all ~ there doesn't seem to be a manual override, nor any way to change the batteries on the electronic timer... Can't believe I paid so much money for this useless piece of rubbish. Thanks Dimplex .... in reality it's probably a Godsend, Energy efficiency is not their strong point... the power bill will be spared this winter.
